YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The Condominium Parcel known as Home 101-L of ASHTON OAKS AT RIVER HALL, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2006000460705, and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
