NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 25th day of June, 2018, in Civil Action No. 15-CA-1976, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which DAVID RYAN, JANET R. LEMIEUX, as Trustee of the Janet R. Lemieux trust, dated February 12, 1993, CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR, CASSANDRA TAYLOR, BRANDA MEEKS, BRANCH BANKING & TRUST CO., FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC are the Third-Party Defendants and WESTCOR LAND TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Third-Party Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder on the 27th day of August, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
