TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of DEBRA ANN WENDEL, deceased, date of death June 6, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division File No. 18-CP-001556, which address is 1700 Monroe St., Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the total cash value of the estate is estimated at $45,703.40, and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are attached to this notice.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date if the first publication of this notice must file their claim with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD PROVIDED BY LAW.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate must file their claims with this court AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD PROVIDED BY THE LAW. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED AN ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS AFTER THE DECEDENT'S TIME OF DEATH WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
