NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 10-019599 (Div L) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BIEL REO, LLC is Plaintiff, and BAMC DEVELOPMENT HOLDING LLC, a Florida limited liability company, a/k/a BAMC DEVELOPMENT HOLDING, LLC; PAUL J. KLIMCZAK; KENNETH HAY; CHRISTOPHER SCOTT; THOMAS ORTIZ; PETER HANNOUCHE; 720 SOUTH HOWARD, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; OLD HARBOR BANK, a Florida banking corporation; and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock, A.M. on AUGUST 10, 2018, the following:
Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 5, Oscawana, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 85, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The real property or its address is commonly known as 201, 203, 205 South Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606
