NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-10336 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER D. RIDGE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 71, VALHALLA PHASE 1-2, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 282 through 300, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
