NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2017-CA-001855 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Eagle Palms Homeowners Association, Inc., Castle Credit Corporation, an Inactive Corporation, by and through its President, Tara Schleser, Housing Finance Authority of Hillsborough County, Florida, Mayra R. Arichabala, Parcelnomics LLC, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 203, EAGLE PALM PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 11 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
