NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 6, 2018 in the above styled caused, case number 2016-000337-CI-020 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning on August 2, 2018, at 10:00a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Condominium Unit 615 A, Building 6, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, A Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 12663, Pages 1378 through 1560 and amendments thereto and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 129, Pages 1 through 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
