NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 28, 2018 in Civil Case No. 52-2018-CA-001384 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and PHILLIP M GRIERSON, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 6, M. E. DENNEY`S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19,
Page 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH a parcel of land
being a part of Lot 2, Block 7, OFFICIAL MAP OF TOWN OF TARPON SPRINGS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 77 and 78 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows: Commence at the Northeast comer of said Lot 6 for a Point of Beginning; run thence North 50 feet; thence West 47.94 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence East 47.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.
PARCEL 2:
A portion of Lot 2, Block 7, OFFICIAL MAP OF TARPON SPRINGS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 78, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said portion of Lot 2 being further described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Lot 6, M.E. DENNEY SUBDIVISION, according to the
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West along the East boundary of
said Lot 6, and it`s Northerly extension thereof, a distance of 104.99 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 48.02 feet to a point on the Northerly extension of the Westerly boundary of said Lot 6; thence North 00 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West along said Northerly extension of the Westerly boundary of Lot 6, a distance of 8.65 feet; thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 48.06
feet to a point on aforesaid Northerly extension of the Easterly boundary of Lot 6; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East along said Northerly extension of the Easterly boundary of Lot 6, a distance of 6.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
