Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Circuit Court Case No. 18-1167-CI-021, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
That certain cooperative parcel designated as Unit/Lot #287, of
CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, 9790 - 66th Street North, Pinellas Park, Florida 33782, Parecel ID # 19-30-16-16438-000-2870, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8736, Page 1265, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all rights in the cooperative property appurtenant the Assignment of Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 9012, Page 788, including Pinellas County Public Records the Articles and Bylaws of the Cooperative Association, and such additions and amendments to said governing documents, as from time to time may be made, whether or not recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, or maintained as part of the official records of the Cooperative Association, TOGETHER WITH such mobile home(s) which have been placed upon said cooperative parcel, and affixed to the real property A-K-A A 1972 GENERAL LEASING CO., VIN #GA31M012575 AND TITLE #5103180.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
