NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 21, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-006754-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS AND CERTIFICATE INSURER OF BANK BOSTON HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 1998-1 is Plaintiff and LUXLEY F. FARRELL, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15TH day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23, in Block 5 of Tangerine Terrace, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 96, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
