NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-008038-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and WILLA DORSEY TAYLOR; VIOLET VALENTINE; WAYNE VALENTINE; CEDRIC LEWIS; CYNTHIA LEWIS; REMEL MOORE; CECELIA CARSON; JUDITH CURRY-EL; DARWIN VALENTINE; MARK VALENTINE; KENNETH LEWIS; VICTOR VALENTINE; and WALLACE H. TAYLOR JR., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of August, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 25 AND 26, BAYOU VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
