NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005102-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES, TRUST V is the Plaintiff and BRIGITTE L. KRZYZAK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY KRZYZAK, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JESSICA KRZYZAK, SAFETY NATIONAL CASUALTY CORPORATION are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on AUGUST 16, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 12, Block C, CHARGANA RIDGE MANOR, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
