NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, and entered in 17-003995-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and MARVIN R BRIGHT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARVIN R BRIGHT; SEMINOLE-ON-THE-GREEN, CAVALIER BUILDING ONE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 72 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3612, PAGE(S) 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
