NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005729-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS CROCKER A/K/A THOMAS LEWIS CROCKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHWESTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 12, AND ALL OF LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 7, BELLEAIR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 9 TROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
