NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-002997-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MENSON ETHRIDGE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAWN SCOTT, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NORMA ETHRIDGE, CEDRIC KARL ETHRIDGE, LEO ETHRIDGE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on AUGUST 22, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 3054 PAGE 348 # 34/31/16/05526/006/0110, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 11, 12, BLOCK 6 BAYVIEW TERRACE, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGE 11.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
