NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018 and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-002296-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-HY1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HY1, is Plaintiff and DENISE A. DOBSON; et. al, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 10-1001, ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14086, AT PAGE 400, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
