NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005458-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-FF12, is the Plaintiff and Brunilda Shenepremte, Tefta Shenepremte, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Armband Delshaku, First Franklin Financial Corporation d/b/a First Franklin a Division of Nat. City Bank of IN, Hysni Shenepremte, TSF Mortgage LLC d/b/a/ Trust Mortgage LLC, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
