NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 08-2017-CA-000569 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. as successor-in-interest to all permitted successors and assigns of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AB3, is the Plaintiff and Yayoi R. Tarman a/k/a Yayoi R. Lombardo a/k/a Yayoir Tarman a/k/a Yayoi Tarman, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Paul Tarman, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 14 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1403, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 21A THRU 21B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
