NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 5, 2018 in Case No. 2018 CC 1794 the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on August 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 47, HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER, PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 1 through 7, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
