NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated June 19, 2017 and recorded January 16, 2018, in Official Records Book 2709, Page 7916 as Instrument Number 201841004660 and the Claim of Lien, which is dated March 27, 2018 and recorded April 11, 2018, in Official Records Book 2722, Page 7300 as Instrument Number 201841036060, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SMUGGLERS COVE BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 16th day of August, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
