NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated February 21, 2018 and recorded April 11, 2018 in the Official Records Book 2722, Page 7305 as Instrument Number 201841036064 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at GULF STREAM BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 16th day of August, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
