NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA004955AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM DORSEY, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM DORSEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC DBA DITECH.COM; 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION., are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 49.99 FEET OF LOT 17, ALL OF LOT 18, AND NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 2, PLEASANT RIDGE (ORANGE RIDGE), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
