NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 07, 2018, and entered in 2016CA005008AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JACK ANDERSON A/K/A JACK R ANDERSON, DECEASED; JACK ANDERSON JR. A/K/A JACK R. ANDERSON JR.; MEADOWCROFT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
