NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001671-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOHN E. SAMUELS; SUSAN D. SAMUELS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #1 OF NAPLES, INC.; are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202 OF VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 377, PAGES 72 TO 119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
