NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001510-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and ROYAL VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, INC.; KRISTINA KARDANOW; MICHAEL KARDANOW A/K/A MICHAEL J. KARDANOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL KARDANOW A/K/A MICHAEL J. KARDANOW are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 9, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
