NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2018 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 a.m. EST on August 9, 2018 the following described property:
STATE OF FLORIDA QUOTA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE #BEV 21-01015, 4COP FOR USE IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA (“License”)
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
