NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000879 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Patrick J. Purslow, Mary Ann Bonard, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee under Greenwich Investors XXXVI Pass-Through Trust Agreement dated as of July 14, 2011, ET AL are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 421, ISLES OF CAPRI NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
