TO: BENEFICIARIES, ESTATE OF DEBBIE ZUMPETTA AND CRAIG COOK, IF ALIVE AND IF DEAD, THEIR UNKNOWN WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THEM AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE FOREGOING BENEFICIARIES AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to probate the decedent's estate in Collier County, Florida has been filed and any interested person who challenges the validity of the Will, qualification of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court is required to file any objection with the court in the manner provided in the Florida Probate Rules within the time required by law or those objections are forever barred.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. An election to take an elective share must be filed WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
