NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009977 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and Janice R. Stoddard; Donald H. Stoddard; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as Nominee for Secured Funding Corp., A California Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2555, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21 AT PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8G, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
