NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 29, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-002837, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL A. PELLECHIO, JR., GRANTEE AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE SAMUEL A. PELLECHIO, JR. REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEEMENT UTD JANUARY 10, 2006; SAMUEL PELLECHIO; SAMUEL PELLECHIO and NEWPORT MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 17, 2018 at 9:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 204, OF THE NEWPORT MANORS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 220, PAGE 843 ET SEQ., IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
