NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 8th day of March, 2018, in Civil Action No.17-CA-002791, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which JODEE MARCUS SROCHENSKI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JODEE MARCUS SROCHENSKI, RANDY MCDOUGALL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDY MCDOUGALL and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, JOSEPH C. DELGADO and ISABEL M. DELGADO, are the Plaintiffs, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 10 day of August, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 36, Block 8012 of BELLA VIDA, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2005000056034, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
