Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9th day of April, 2018 in Case No. 17-CC-4816 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION II, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE C. HUGHES , et al are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of August 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 46, of ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1732, Page 3490, and amendments thereto according to the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations and designations of record as stated in said condominium Declaration, and in the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of ISLAND PARK VILLAGE as recorded in O.R. Book 1665, Pages 2391 through 2421, inclusive, of the Public records of Lee County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto, all of which the Grantees hereby assume and agree to observe, comply with, perform and to be subject to, including but not limited to payment of all assessments as may be determined pursuant to the Condominium Declarations and Amendments Address: 17624 Osprey Inlet Court, Fort Myers, Florida 33908; Strap # 12-46-24-13-00000.0460
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
