Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of 18-CA-003763 dated JUL 16 2018 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORAL BREEZE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and LAURA E. KOHLMEYER and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA E. KOHLMEYER now known as DOUGLAS SANDERS, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 104, a/k/a Unit D, CORAL BREEZE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1734, Page 3460, et seq., as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in said condominium declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
