YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you which seeks a judicial determination that certain real property in Lehigh Acres, Florida which is described in the attached Exhibit A, is the separate, non-marital property of the Wife and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Ellen T. Chadwell, Esq., petitioner's attorney, whose address is The Law Office of Ellen T. Chadwell, PL, 5675 Stand Court, Naples, FL 34110, on or before August 27th, 2018 and file the original with the Clerk of this court, 1700 Monroe Street, Ft. Myers, FL 33901, either before service on petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
