NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002113 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the registered holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2005-HE2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Sandy Nedd, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, Roosevelt Gilchrist a/k/a Theodore Gilchrist a/k/a Theodore Roosevelt Gilchrist, Jr., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, State of Florida, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
