NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-002509-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARTHA EVA HUGHES A/K/A MARTHA E. HUGHES, DECEASED.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ALAN LEE HUGHES A/K/A ALAN HUGHES, DECEASED.; TERRY E. HUGHES; BRENT HUGHES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 303, INC., A CONDOMINIUM A/KA FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 303, INC.; are defendants. PETERSBURG, NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 22, 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 21, 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 4068, PAGE 1766, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NO. 73-115053, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED 1.1475% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
