NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 3, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-6174-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WARREN S. CARTER; BRANDY L. CARTER; and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a Casey Carter are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on August 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 8, BLOCK 17,LAKE PASADENA DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
