NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 28, 2018 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-006930 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISTION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK (HEREINAFTER “BB&T”), A NORTH CAROLINA CORPORATION DOING BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA is Plaintiff and BETTY MARTIN, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. A-3 of the Wave Resort Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 14392, Page 1248, et seq, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
