NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 5th day of July 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000442-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, against Defendants, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. TWO ASSOCIATION INC., HAROLD FRIEDMAN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 44, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3071, PAGE 647, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE OF THE COMMONS ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
