NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-007506-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HOME INVESTMENT FUND IV LP, is Plaintiff and ERICA MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICA MORRIS; CHARLES THOMAS MORRIS A/K/A TOMMY MORRIS; IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; ASPHALT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 208, BUILDING E, OF IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASMENTS TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4980, PAGE 1953, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 110 AND 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
