NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 05, 2018, and entered in 10-010846-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and GEORGE NICHOLSON III; LAURIE E. LARSON; LISA CAROL DELEGGE; WENDY SLUSARZ A/K/A WENDY L. SLUSARZ; THE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGE A. NICHOLSON JR. A/K/A GEORGE A. NICHOLSON A/K/A GEORGE ALEXANDER NICHOLSON JR., DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
