NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-007017-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZIED LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,
TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANDY C. GROCH A/K/A ANDY GROCH, DECEASED; KEVIN WAYNE GROCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN WAYNE GROCH; ANNA GROCH; TAMMY GROCH; SHERRY GROCH; ANDY GROCH; PATRICIA GROCH; ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK “D”, EDENVILLE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
