NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-002818-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GREGORY D. GAINER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF WEST 22 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 6, AND THE EAST 3 FEET OF SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK C, NEBRASKA PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
