NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005265-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and William E. Deegan, United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 52 FEET OF LOT 39 AND THE WEST 19 FEET OF LOT 40, BAYOU MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
