NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-022011 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and JEFFREY S. SCHUBERG are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 15, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT NINETY-THREE (93), BEACON GROVES UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
