NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-004870 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and Jamal I. Shareef a/k/a Jamal Shareef, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, BLOCK 14, POWERS CENTRAL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
