NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-006841-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and The Townes of Southgate, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jane Doe, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Jane Doe, Kathy Cooper, Townes of Southgate Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 21st day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 172-A-1, THE TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE (TOWNE II), A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3527, PAGE 2536, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
