NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CC-1340 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KHARMA ROGERS and PEYTON H. CARR are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 17 day of Aug 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 249, Burgundy, Unit Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 962, Page 347, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 9, Page 181, and all subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
