NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 13, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015CA005690 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and JEFFREY ALAN ROBB AKA JEFFREY ROBB AKA JEFF ROBB, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of August, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 55, Hibiscus Park, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 20 and 21, of Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
