NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011504 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BETTY HUGHES A/K/A BETTY R. HUGHES A/K/A BETTY S. HUGHES, DECEASED; CBA INV INC., AN INACTIVE CORP.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; ROBERT C. HUGHES A/K/A ROBERT HUGHES, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY HUGHES, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNIVERSITY PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBERT C. HUGHES A/K/A ROBERT HUGHES, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY HUGHES, DECEASED are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, CHARLESTON POINTE PHASE A AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 34 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
